Master Planning
MA+A has extensive experience in Master Planning and integrating new projects into existing environments. We consider the impact of our design on the immediate business park or community from all sides, including traffic flow, parking requirements, easements, drainage and other social/economic influences as well as any aesthetic and cultural integration challenges. We begin with extensive operational research related to the project (e.g., Agency zoning and planning) and will include advantages and disadvantages of the proposed design and layout, with a thorough cost/benefit analysis.

Planning & Entitlements
MA+A has successfully entitled projects in 100 cities statewide. We develop the plans and strategies to provide the level of detail required by all responsible governmental agencies, while we provide the flexibility to meet our clients’ short and long-term capital needs. We also manage and monitor the development of any required environmental impact documents, conditional use permits, site-plan reviews, and zoning compliance.

Renderings & Graphics
We are proud of our reputation for producing quality graphic art for clear, precise exterior and interior visualization. From rough concept sketches, elevations and 3-dimensional renderings to working drawings and final floor plan layouts, our rapid in-house capability is comprehensive and provides clients with a useful preview to their future.
