The South Bay Pavilion at Carson renovation included
this renovation of a 3-story existing Broadway department store into a
unique 3-level IKEA. A special feature included an exterior theme escalator
to the third floor.
Currently under construction, this free-standing Office Depot utilizes
the interior prototype flow plan. The exterior design emulates a regional
shopping center across the street.
A major regional mall renovation of over one million SF included all new stone/porcelain tile flooring, a new glass galleria food court, new skylights throughout and all new common promenade architecture. The client for this project was Carson Mall Partners.
