The Office Campus portion is adjacent to the hillside view, while the Flex-tech end is nestled against a natural slope bank. Generous landscape is provided throughout the project. The client for this project was The PRES Companies. Built
in one phase, this master planned office campus features an expansive one-acre "Central
Park" layout, monumental lobby entry archways and a ceremonial driveway
accented with palm trees. The colors, massing and detailing complement the
architectural elements of the adjacent Arrowhead Pond facility. The client
for this project was Trammell Crow Company.
This office park features four 2-story buildings located in a contiguous landscape park. Amenities include highly upgraded lobbies, pedestrian plazas, seating areas and water features. |
