Irvine Spectrum Location
 This
dramatic concrete and glass building is a Class "A" 6-story office
tower adjacent to City Hall, with a lobby that features marble bookmatched
wall panels. The client for this project was The Muller Company.
Located on a hilltop in San Diego, these mid-rise tower buildings feature corner entrance lobbies off a vehicular roundabout terminating with a columnar glass crown. The project has expansive 270° views, and includes a 4 level parking structure with a small restaurant. The client for this project was Lennar Corporation.
This 5-story office building features an expansive entry plaza and lobby with a dramatic stainless steel sculpture. Ample parking is provided at 6/1000 to accommodate The University of Phoenix, which occupies 50% of the building. The client for this project was The Trenton Group.
This
tile clad double curved floor plate office facility became the headquarters
for the Toll Roads in a prominent location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
It features a marble two-story lobby and a large hardscape/softscape
entry plaza.
