Chino
Hills Lobby
A major regional mall renovation of over one million SF included all new stone & porcelain tile flooring, a "glass galleria" food court, vaulted energy efficient skylights throughout and a fully redesigned pedestrian promenade. The client for this project was Carson Mall Partners.
Douglas
Technology Centre  Chino
Hills Business Park is comprised of four 2-story office buildings. Each
building features a dramatic 2-story central lobby with slate stone flooring,
wood panels, coffered ceilings, a glass balcony and ceremonial stairway.
A
216,000 SF hi-tech facility featuring two theme lobbies. The lobbies incorporate
a 2-story volume with polished and honed granite banding, a stainless steel
curved stairway and a perforated metal curvilinear ceiling with a backdrop
of an oak panel wall. The client for this project was Overton Moore Porperties.
