Arranged on a campus layout, this 16 building light industrial project includes street frontage buildings featuring pedestrian colonnades, a desert Southwest color palette, curved metal roofs, private service yards and efficient functional service loading for trucks. The client for this project was The PRES Companies.

This project features 892,000 SF of renovated industrial space and 468,000 SF of new industrial product. All buildings were integrated architecturally with exterior detailing including aqua-reflective glazing, vertical accent fins, plant-on forms and a unified color scheme.
